At Wilkins Deals, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Whether you’re upgrading your bathroom or replacing an old shower head, we aim to make the shipping process smooth from start to finish.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales events), processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

You will receive another email notification once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information so you can monitor the delivery.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery times and costs are as follows:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays. If a delay is expected, we will do our best to notify you promptly.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow the journey of your package in real-time. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

4. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all valid street addresses within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • U.S. territories or international destinations

We plan to expand our shipping regions in the future—stay tuned!

5. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we strive for punctual and safe delivery, sometimes packages may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect addresses). If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us right away, and we’ll coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

In the rare case of a damaged item on arrival, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a solution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Wilkins Deals is not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update the address if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
