4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage or issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it through a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment


6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model or style, contact us and we’ll help process the exchange, subject to product availability. Exchanges are handled like returns and must meet the same eligibility criteria.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
